Default Ouch

Well my dozen brand new 3D Selects only has 11 left. After adjusting my pins for my new arrows I shot one from 30 yards at my 3D target. Then I stepped back to 40 and shot another. WHACK!!! So I walked up to survey the damage. Needless to say I am bumming, only had them for 2 days and lost one already. No more shooting at the same spot for me. But I have to say they shoot pretty darn good. Just a little fragile.

I hate losing arrows while practicing, but what are you gonna do? It is part of cost of bow hunting. It is this kind of activity that keeps me going back to the greatest store in the world; Bass Pro Shops!

I am going to be a little more careful now. Don't want to spend all my hard earned money on arrows. After all I just applied for an IL nonres archery tag. That was another OUCH, $365 just for the tag then you have to buy nonres license and a Habitat Stamp.
