Hey M38, I just moved from Fredericksberg last year. I can't remember the name of the pro shop but it's in Manasas, They took the time to help me decide on my bow, Parker UL35. They are really nice guys up there and will take the time to help you. There aren't many shops around there to choose from. Oh, definetly check out Spiros in King George It's the only place around that has a range, 3-D and 40 yard indoor. The owner there is really great at helping you through the process. Good people at Spiros.
