Welcome to the board!! Glad to have you, I just hope your questions get a little more interesting....[&:] I'm only teasing of course. First, set a price limit.....and stick w/ it....Then head to a local pro shop and shoot every bow in that price range, the one you want will all but have a halo around it.....

I have to say it is good to see so many people getting involved in archery. The best thing for you to do is go to a pro shop an do some shopping an shooting, you will know when you have the right one.

Since your advise is alittle lacking here so far ill see what i can do. For hunting purposes a bow really doesnt get much better after 3 or 4 hundred new. And to be totally honest...You can probably get a used bow thats good to hunt with for 200 used. We need alittle more information though... age? what are you hunting? If you are out west im probably going to be lost on alot of those topics but if you are near the midwest i might have some advice. Send me a pm if ya want

if it were me... i would find an early 90s bow. The reason for this is that there hasnt been much added to a bow in this time and you could find a older used bow for 100 dollars. As a beginner i would shoot aluminums and a fixed blade head such as a montec or anderson. If you are beginner i would shoot something with a 6 plus inch braces height. IF ya need any advice shoot me an email anytime...
