Can you even fine a wrist sling that fits?

I keep mine in my hand and laying on my lap. Usually if I hear a noise I will attach my release early then sit and wait. I will slowly look for deer movement. If I see deer, I will either slowly stand (If I know I won't be detected) or I will shoot sitting.
My bow never leaves my hand, this way I'm never reaching for it or fumbling to get the wrist sling over my glove. It's not the easiest thing to get your had into, it tends to hang up.

I use one of those flat braded leather straps because they are pretty long. In the winter especially It takes me some time to get my gloved hand through it. I just can't see trying to do that and keep a deer from seeing me fussing with it.
No extra movement for me I prefer just to hold on to the bow. Here is a pic. of the strap I use. It's a bad picture but it's all I have of it right now.

I use both ... bow holder and hanger on both of my treestands.
When I'm sitting in my stand , I have a bow holder mounted under my seat that extends outward between my legs and clips on to the riser of the bow.
When I'm standing , I'll use the bow hanger within easy reach so that I'm not moving that much.
When the deer are n the move in the early morning hours , my bow is always in my hand with an arrow nocked and ready.

on my lap, I cant tell you exactly why, but I always hold it. I think it's because many of the areas I hunt are very thick and I'm afraid that if I put my bow on a hanger that reaching for it will end up costing me a chance at buck.
