Don't get me wrong. I love Ross' bows. I would just pick a lighter model than the CR337.

i'm looking at a cr331. How light is that? Also, how come ross doesn't have dampers on the strings or the little pulley on the bar like mathews has, to make it quieter? are they still quiet?

My local shops main sales are in Hoyt and Ross. The owner went to the trade show in Atlanta recently and I overheard him saying that"the only problem Ross is having is with production". Finding someone who can keep up with the demand. Lots of dealers are still waiting on their orders to be filled. The bows are supposed to be great.

Check out the Cardiac, it comes standard with a STS style string suppressor

I had a Ross CR334. I thought it was one of the best crafted bows I had ever laid eyes on. Their attention to detail is second to none. The draw was smooth and it shot very well for me.

Unfortunately, it was sacrificed for a 1974 Colt AR-15SP1......but I will always have the memories.

As it is I have enough bows so I didn't replace it....yet. If I chose to purchase another bow, Ross will be first on my list.

Ross come with factory installed limbsavers and im pretty sure leaches but dont quote me on it. The Cardiacs arent selling for too much more than the CR models. I think the CR's are around 599 and the Cardiac ive heard is around 650, so if i were you id go the extra bit and get the cardiac.

They actualy have their flatline suppresions system instead of limb savers and leaches. Personaly I think it works better. My CR331 is wisper quiet.
