I am going to try and take a gobbler with a bow this year for the first time. It should be a challenge that I am up for.

Same here.

This year we are going to try and get some footage of bowhunting them without the blind. It should be interesting. Last year i shot my from a natural ground blind set up

Agree with Smluchtel. Bowhunting turkey is a blast. I got lucky 2 years ago and got one. Yes, it bent the arrow all up but no damage to the breast meat. It was delicious. Last year only went twice and not good areas. Hopefully this year will be another lucky one. If it gets late with no bird I'll probably try to shotgun one.
