Better late the never....
Just bought my best property owner a huge gift basket complete with wine, chocolates and other goodies. When you find awesome land to hunt make sure you take care of everyone. Specially the wife, who will always ask about how you are doing or where you are.

Good timing... I just stopped by the landowner of the new farm after shed hunting yesterday whereI gained access at the end of last season. He said he's ready for some more hamburger meat!
