My birthday is coming up and hopefully will get some money to help me pay for a new bow. I am still between the vectrix and the Guardian, and still want to shoot the Cardiac. Make sure you post pics when you get yours.

Not a bad fever to have!!! I had the fever and couldnt wait even a month. I bought the Hoyt Vulcan in January. I havent killed with it yet, but I still shoot it everyday. Can't get enough. I shoot 3 shot groups, walk to the target, walk back and do it again. At50 yards, can hold6 to 8 inch groups up to 5 three shot groups or 15 shots. After that, I have to take a break...lol Seriously though, if I take my time between shots, I have achieved a 3 shot group at 50 yards with all 3 shafts touching in the target. That is my personal best.
But I will say, that when you get your Vectrix and start shooting it and get used to shooting a new bow, the balance, etc.....I dont recommend shooting the same dots out to 30 yards. That thing is a tack driver. You will robinhood at 30 yards. My Vulcan is slightly less forgiving, as I have found that it is easy to have "good days" and "bad days". I believe with the Vectrix, you will rarely have a "bad day".
Dont lose the FEVER!!!!!

i would say i have caught the hoyt fever...you should see my truck, hoyt banner sticker across the top of my windsheild, chrome deer skull sticker on the back, floor mats, liscence plate cover, hitch cover, and the window shades...not to mention all the hoyt hats and shirts i have. I wasnt planning on buying one of there new bows simply for the money factor, but boy did i want one. Then god smiled on me and i WON a brand new vectrix!! i won it from the show THe Choice. i still cant believe it! you will love te vectrix when you get yours, its fast, smooth, accurate...everything.

shoot2thrill25, you are one lucky man by winning the Vectrix!! How did you win it and was it a package or just the bow?? too bad we don't have shows around my area that give out Vectrix's!!

Congrats on liking the Vectrix...I sold mine after two weeks. Horrible materials, horrible paint, and horrible strings. Hated it as soon as I shot it, that is what comes from ordering a bow before you shoot it.
No matter, I now have a Darton Pro3000 and am happier with it than I ever was before.
