Default First shed of the Year!!

First shed of the year here in ILL for me..I am suprised I would of thought I would of found more since I have pics of bucks who lost there horns as early as 12-19-06..It has been chewed on, but we have a ton of squirrels, the g-2 is 11in and it looks like an inch or two has been chewed off, g-3 is 11in and just has tip chewed..brow is almost gone but looks like it would have been 6-8 inches long, it is thick..even with all the chews it is 74in..

Thats one heck of a shed you got there. Congrats on the find, it just stinks that the fuzzy tailed rats got to it first.

Congrates on the shed HunterOpel, I just got out today for the first time and found three. Nothing big just a couple of 8pt sheds, probaly measure 40 to 50 inches. I also saw a few bucks that had lost there antlers back in late Dec. and early Jan. I hunt in west central Illinios.

Congrats on the shed!! Glad we don't have much of a squirrel problem here. They are nasty on sheds!!

Great shed HO. I was out for 4 hours this morning and found zilch[:'(] Found plenty of fresh track and deer droppings. It wasn't the property I hunt, but have seen plenty of deer in that area. Did find a deer carcus the yotes finished off. Most of the property is by a creek, so most of it had been flooded a few days ago....everything looked like a antler. Need a antler sniffing dog
congrats on the find!
