My buddy and I are each turning 30. Parents are saying this one is kinda special so what do you want. Well he and I said, " how about some money towards a hunting trip in 08. He is going bear hunting this May which may be an option agaain for next year , but we are trying to come up with a few different options for a nice hunt. We are trying to keep the price in the $3500-$4000 range. So I am turning to you guys for some thoughts, and suggestions.

On a more serious note..you can hunt Moose in Canada for about $4,000...

I went to Alaska October before last. I was there for work and had no time or equipment to hunt, but I would love to go back there. You may want to check it out.
