Why do you post everything in bold big letters?

When you say Spot and Stake, do you mean sneaking up on a deer and stabbing him with a wooden stake? Never tried that, that sounds pretty tough!!

I have hunted the whitetail in many diffrent ways but I have had more success with treestand hunting.
I will use my Double Bull T5 ground blind when the weather is not good ,like windy or raining.

My favorite way to kill awhitetailis off the ground with a bow, but its not the easiest or most effective tactic...in many cases. I pick the tactic that ups my odds the most (tree)over my favorite most of the time.

My favorite way to hunt anything is spot and stalk. However, for whitetails I almost always hunt from a treestand just because it is so much more productive. The relatively thick terrain and limited amounts of land make spot and stalk hunting here in Ohio pretty darn tough. Elk, mule deer, and caribou however, nothing but spot and stalk. To me there is nothing better than creeping up on an animal you intend to take. That really gets the blood pumping... LOVE IT.
