Default which arrows?

ok guy's i've shot easton axis obsessions since they came out and love them but figure that there just a little heavy, so i bought some maxima hunters and was shooting at a foam deer and went to pull an arrow out of the vitals and it was broke in 2 pieces, not to mention i shot 3 hogs in louisanna with the same easton and still have it in one piece, so what im trying to get to is which do you prefer, maxima hunters or easton axis and give me some of your encounters with both, i need to go buy a dozen and kinda in a toss up.....thanks

I love my axis, as you know they are extremely durable and provide great penetration. The maximas are good arrows as well but they seem to be a little more pricey for me and there is no advantage that I can see.

I used the Axis last year and they were great. I switched to the Maximas this year, and so far, I thin I would lean toward the Maximas. They are a lot more expensive.
