Well, I had my heart set on the Allegiance. I had already put money down on it. Went to pay some more on it and found out the draw length mod's were on backorder. Got to talkin to the Tech and he told me since my draw is only 26.5, I really should look at the Equalizer and shoot it. He set it up at 26.5 draw length. It was maxed out at 60Lbs. I shot it with a 300 gr arrow w/blazers and a whisker biscuit. DANG, that sucker was fast. Draw is just a little different than the Allegiance but not much. I chronoed this thing at 303fps with a 300 gr arrow thru the Whisker Biscuit. It's an 06 model and I am gonna get it for 550.I could not believe how fast this little bow is. With my short draw length I would have lost instead of gained with the Allegiance. So anyway, just blowin my horn. Man I can not wait to pick that baby up next week. I am having a TTaker rest, Extreme RT900 sight with Fitz fibers, a SIMS S-coil Stab, and my old trusty Bohning Lynx quiver installed, and I believe I will be set. May add the STS later, but not sure I really need it. Bow is quiet and not alot of hand shock.

Wise choice. The Equalizer is just about as good as it gets for a short-draw bow. Have fun with it!

I was watching a bowtech sponsored hunting show the other day and they were hunting with rifles. Whats up with that, Bowtech cannot GETR DOne or what?
