I'm glad I looked at this site, I got really excited earlier. I told my wife what I was going to do and she ask's me "What's wrong with the camo you bought the other day?" So I'm posting this pic, it doesn't look half bad except for the zipper on the jacket. I only had to pay 50$ for it at bass pro. Sorry I'm not outdoors but I thought you could get the idea. Beside me is my first born hunter, I'm going to expose her to the turkey woods this year along with my wife. My boy is 1 and a half, he'll be ready next year. I think it will be good to get them out. Not trying to take your thread, just thought I would share.

Sorry I havn't posted any pics yet. I really wanted
to show some guys kinda "how much" work it is,
to make a good suite. I am about halfway down
the back...I have discovered the Jute twine Is much
easier to work with. I have also moved the thread length
down to about 18". I work at TheFastenal Company...
so I ordered some Industrial Paint that says its fumeless...
...Should be good stuff. Anyways If the wife picks up some
batteries Ill show ya'll some pics!

P.S don't count on the batteries....I'm not
I'll run out after work!

I have a Rancho Safari Ghillie. Great product and I have the complete headgear to go with it. $180 but after hearing about you guys' work involved, I am glad I just bought it instead of making it.

here are some updated pics,
I really don't have that much more to do with the jacket.
I used this "bird netting" instead of the normal volleyball net.
It's taken me 3x the amount of time to sew this netting but I think it will pay off!
what do you think so far??
