I'm digging deep here...But I am pretty sure it's in the 3lb 9 oz range....give or take an oz......That's pretty darn close though, if not right on.

Thanks mobow, I didn't realize that it was that much lighter than the XL. I think I may be having a change of heart very soon.

I'm not saying your wrong but I would guess that a bare vectrix is over 4 lbs. They have a pretty beefy riser. Last year's trykon weighed 5.1 lbs bare so I'm guess a tad lighter (I would hope).

EDIT: Just looked on archerytalk and found 2 or 3 people say that it's around 4.3 lbs. Hope this helps.

You may be right....it may be a bit closer to 4....But it's not nearly as heavy as the Trykon.....that I know for sure.....I'm working tomorrow night, let me see what I can find out.

For some people bow weight is a big deal as they may have to walk long distances or perhaps they hunt out west and carry there bow everywhere. I still don't understand why Hoyt never publishes there bow weights. Everyone else does.

I'm not sure... But 4.3 feels about right, in regards to comparing it with other bows with known weight.
