ORIGINAL: Dr Andy Hello... Off duty cops in Chicago are duty-bound to intercede if a crime is being commited. They are essentially on call. For this duty to be realistic the would need to be armed.... As far as hunting doves in Mi, if they do it as civil disobedience and do not resist arrest this is fine. It calls attention to the issue in hopes that the law can be changed.. Ted Nugent is nuts ,but he has a right to do and say as he wishes. As far as being in it for the money, so is Bill Jordan ,Michael Waddell The Drury Boys et. al. Hunting illegal game ain't civil disobedience, it's poaching. I just don't buy the comparison with Rosa Parks. Yeah, I agree with you, Nugent is nuts. But if we had his money, we could afford to be nuts too, if we wanted to be. |

Ted and his anitcs are much more true to life and honest than most of the brain-dead offensive garbage on TV like American Idol, Paris Hilton, Tyra Banks, and on and on and on..........

How peculiar is it that the idol of so many hunters that they believe is amazing has successfully divided the hunting community like no other. Name one other visible outdoorsman that has done this.
