I like to get up in a tree. My woods are so thick I cannot see very well on the ground. Plus even tho I am careful with scent control it gets my scent up off of the ground and above the deer. I mostly use climbers to stay mobile and not over hunt one area tho.

not real thick woods here, but I prefer the ground 99% of the time. Safety is one major reason.

I like the diversity of both treestand and ground blind , I feel that both offer alot of options.

I perfer the tree stand. I feel I have a little more visability and can get set up while the deer is still approaching. I feel the ground blind has some blind spots and it is a bit darker in the rain I would be more opt to use the blind.

I'll take the stand everytime. I'll leave the ground blinds for turkey hunting.
