i got found a sight found my hunting spot but how do i post it and draw on it

All depends on the software your puter has. Try bringing up the saved file and opening it up using MS Paint. At least that'sa starting point for you.

If you cannot figure out how to edit the picture then with the map up press the 'F12' key on your keyboard.
That will copy everything that your monitor is displaying.

Then use a picture editing program like Microsoft Paint or Microsoft Photo Editor to 'Paste' the image for editing.
'Ctrl' and 'V' will paste the image.

Should have also said that you will have to "draw" on it using your picture editing software before posting it.
