White, You are the first so called trophy/big buck hunter Ive seen to set a standard at 100". That's a little small dont you think. In many areas a 2.5 year old buck has at least 100". Set you standards a little higher kid.;)
I'm a deer hunter...your the pro right, POP'S?
I hunt deer. I'm not a spike hunter either.
............by the way where was your relavence? If you don't shoot less than 100" whats your problem

think before you type!
My point was pretty clear but i'll explain it further to you. In the eyes of many hunters YOU ARE ALSO SHOOTING SMALL BUCKS. Why dont you explain your reasoning to the rest of us!

hey soldier i noticed that in another post you live in your moms basement and our 47 I dont know your story but you seem to like to cause commotion so how bout the fact that you still live at home are you trying to cut others down for shooting little deer because you happend to get a couple decent deer and are trying to justify something else in your life? j/w

It's pretty arrogant to try to impose your standards upon everyone else. If you don't want to shoot a deer less than 100", then don't. Don't criticize people for harvesting any legal deer that brings them satisfaction!! My son (7 years old) got his first deer this year and it was a 6 pt that might be 50". He was probably more happy with his deer (so was I) than you would have been with a 150" deer. Go out, have fun, hunt legal, and be proud of what you shoot!!!

Hey I am from the Midwest and unt the big woods all the time! It doesn't matter the size just as long as you feel it was succesful!

why do we talk aboutNOT shooting small bucks, How do you justify small bucks...I don't care if your ten years old, why?
Anyone disagree? Shooting small bucks is not an ego thing. It doesn't matter how big they are as long as they're mature. Theres no reason to shoot a buck under 100" no matter where your from! leave the small ones Its called Hunting, not shooting the first thing that comes along![*]To pursue (game) for food or sport.[*]To search through (an area) for prey: hunted the ridges.[*]To make use of (hounds, for example) in pursuing game.[*]To pursue intensively so as to capture or kill: hunted down the escaped convict.[*]To seek out; search for.[*]To drive out forcibly, especially by harassing; chase away: hunted the newcomers out of town.

in the original post he said shooting the first deer that walks infront of you is not hunting althought you spent time preparing for the hunt and scouting which is hunting no matter if you shoot a doe, fawn, buck over 100 in, or a buck under 100 in
what does walmart have to do with hunting yes we have advantages of camo scent control and what not but its still all hunting no matter what kind of deer you hunt what can you do with the horns anyway except put them on the wall and stare at them
all these contests have turned hunting, a way of providing food, into a game by scoring bucks and giving points for how big a buck's rack

soldier im just saying what your doing isnt making sense its kiddish and pointless. YOU have no reason to tell people they should or shouldnt you believe small then 100 inch is to small I believe anything smaller then a 6 pointer is to small unless its towards the end of the season thats that. but you cant force it on others or cut them down it just makes you look like an a$$ and that your making up for other aspects of your life by cutting others down to try to build yoursself up so take you bow and shove it.
