Do you really think they're going to come hunt me down in the Adirondacks for having a set of horns sitting on a desk? Patent.... I don't think they could do anything to a guy making a holder for his horns with some crafting cement. As long as I'm not making money at it I don't think they'd bother. Heck, I could always take a cross section of a tree with the bark on it, hollow it out and form an upside down funnel inside and fill that with the cement. Then it's not theirs and it's a real wood piece looking purdy. I suspect if you hollowed it out with and dug back under the edge the cement would be in there rock solid. In fact, it sounds better than theirs. I'll even let them patent it.[8D] I don't see anywhere on their site a reference to patents, only their name is trademarked.
