I have a Primos video that has 4 coyote hunts in it. They call to get them in just as they would with a rifle ,but i noticed that they have to draw on them really early and often hold their bow at full draw for some time. They where on the ground, and just used as much cover as possible. My suggestion would be to lower your poundage so you can hold at full draw for a longer time.

There is a bow hunt only predator video on the market right now put out by the Verminators called Bowmania!. Has something like 24 or 25 kills on it including bobcat, coyote, and coon. It is awesome.
I've done it a time or two myself. Your kill to called ratio will not be impressive, but it is a challenge that reaps great rewards when you finally succeed!

Reminds me of my 1st turkey bowkill; did it with no blind, just good camo and a 3 legged stool. I must have taken 30 pics of me and that turkey. Before that I had shot a dozen with a gun and would only take a pic or two. Way more of a feat with a bow and the reward to me was the accomplishment. I must have hadat least 10 birds in to me that I just couldn't get the bow drawn on that springbut could have smoked with a gun.Fairly easy to smoke a turkey or 'yotewith agun; now archery for either, YOU KNOW YOU ARE AN ACCOMPLISHED HUNTER. I don't care what you say; very tough.

Ive shot more coyotes with a bow than with a gun.And did it on purpose. Not with a call or any of that.I hunted them in big cities and shot them off of sidewalks! There is a real problem with those things in cities across America.Eating all the dogs and cats, etc. Its not what i call hunting though. Its more like shooting stray dogs.A little fox piss on the curb, wait for sundown,The clients bring you hot chocolate while you sit on there porch.Coyotes there dont even run when they see you.I think they expect people to run and cant figure out why i dont.Oh whell,Its a living.

If you are going to call them in I reccomend using a blind to conceal drawing your bow.
