It does no good to defend a position on an internet forum.....when one party knows he can say whatever he wants to.....and hide behind his internet persona. Atlas KNOWS he wouldn't talk to some of the forum members, here, the way he does.....if he were in the same room with them. He KNOWS that.

I know my way around the gym (BTW.......that grey wife beater you were wearing IS NOT a "workout shirt" 
) My body fat rolls around (pun intended) 13-17%.
