My brother and I were each holding a tag last week and decided to hit the woods. I had a good feeling about the day and was ready to wrap my last tag around any mature deer (buck or doe). As the sun started up, I could see many deer on the fresh 15" of snow and knew I was in business. I took a large doe just a few minutes later. Not long after I took my deer, my brother called on the 2-way to report that he had done the same. I knew my deer was down so I made my way to his set up to check on his deer. It was dead as well. I dawned my new Deer-e-ere from my pack and proceeded to help with the field dressing (this was the first time I dirtied the new tool). Anyhow, it worked very well, even better on the my deer as I had a little practice under my belt. My brother couldn't believe that I paid $10 for it, but I think it was worth it. Any other opinions out there?

I havn't used one. I just cut the ole butt hole out with my knife. Kind of a crappy deal now that I think of it.
