Default butchering mistake

I got a doe last monday. It was nice and cold enough to let one hang for a while so I hung it in the barn and skinned it and covered it in cheesecloth. Well I go out yesterday morning to finish it up and it was froze solid all the way to the bone. It's easy to work one up after you do a few but this was the first and last time I'll ever let one freeze. I'm glad I had plenty of blades for my sawzall. Has anybody else done one frozen before that has any tricks to make it easy.

I help a guy who butchers in his garage. If he gets some in and they freeze overnight, he just turns on a heater to warm the garage up a little bit. Helps to thaw them out.
