Here is a nice droptine buck I shot in October of 2003. Nothing like Sheds monster dropper but decent none the less.

Shed

I didn't at the time have the video cam and digital cam that I have now.... He is the reason I spent all that money onmy video and digital camera...

My buddy who is a member here BTdefender I believe is his handle(?) was with me the first time I layed eyes on him...... Man was I pumped!

No, I never did see him during the hunting season. He is the perfect reason to not hunt just one buck........ He was shot on Halloween and I never found out about it until into December. Would have been some valuable time to spend hunting a deer that is no longer around.

Well, you can always hunt him or his areaand if another dandy comes by..hammer him. I've seen what roams around in your neck of the woods..

yeah good reason to get a camera....the only other dropper I saw, referring to my earlier post was smack dab in the middle of a state park here..NO hunting.. imagine that..I saw him on my way to a doctors appointment of all things in the middle of the day right during our hunting season. he was a toad, double drops on both sides..dream buck... pushing 250-275 on the hoof.

Drop tines are actual horn that is grown along with the rest of the rack: it is not dried velvet the deer couldn't get rid of.
