RE: odd feather up?

I shoot a QAD drop away rest, and as others have said it shouldn't matter, but I agree with Jeff. I want everything to be consistent from shot to shot, so I shoot cock feather up every time. It probably doesn't make one bit of difference, but it makes me feel better and since archery is largely a psychological game it helps.

I shoot a drop away. I also shoot cock up but I have also shot cock vane down and there is no difference.

I used to put the odd one down untill my pro shop guy said to turn it up shooting threw a whisker biscuit because it effects the flight, I dont really see a differance.

Cock up for me though my QAD. Trad gear, cock out. As in "rock out with your cock out."

Cock feather up on the QAD drop away otherwise you may have a cleareance problem. On a wisker biscuit the cock feather needs to be up as well.

I shoot with cock vane down, but I shoot a drop away so it doesn't matter. With the WB, shoot with the cock vane up.
