In regard to Nailed By the Game Warden
I speak on behalf of my daughter (third year at Washington & Lee School of Law) and all other future legal practitioners who have $50,000 or more in outstanding student loans: Fight it...all the way to the Supreme Court if you have to. Money should be no object when principle and integrity are on the line.
Then pay the fine and find a new friend!

Why would you fight something whenyou were clearly in the wrong?
If its a matter of principle, he shouldn't have allowed his friend to accompany him into the woods without a valid hunting license.
