I sweat a bunch too. Everyone has given good tips, one thing I can add that I tried this year is a base layer called endura skin sold by bass pro. It is amazing how quick it wicks away moisture, yes you are still sweating, but it makes you quite a bit more comfortable.

I sweat watching tv i think. I am in great shape and actually early sweating is an advantage for athletes so nothing to be ashamed of. I bowhunt archery elk which is the end of august temps reaching up in the high 20's even 30's so what 90'sF? I get all showered up in my scent stuff at home then drive out to the field with a pair of shorts and an under armor shirt. I put on my scent lock pants, rubber boots and everything else goes into my backpack. I then walk my 1/2-3/4 mile to my stand taking my sweet time and stopping when i start to get hot. I then climb into my stand and give myself about a 10 minute cool down period b4 putting on my top half and getting all my stuff set up.

I have the same problem, not a big guy either. Couple of things you can do, early season take some water with you and rinse off when you get to your stand. When hunting in the am, don't eat before you go, take it with you. Also don't drink coffee before you leave the house. This has helped me.

I get so excited when i see my hunting grounds that i want to just run out there to my stand... ok, that wouldn't be a good idea, but i do walk to fast and commonly have to slow down cause i begin sweating. Just as many of you mentioned about moisture-wicking clothes, i had my parents pick me up a set of adidas moisture-wicking tights(longsleeve and pants) that fit really snug and keep me warm while taking my sweat away. They got it on clearence for $14.00 all togetherand it works great! they were normally $40.00 a piece!

Less clothes
I have found that by not wearing a hat to my stand and not putting it on until after my cool down at my stand that is helps to regulate my body temp alot. A lot of heat escapes from our heads so don't keep it bottled up under a hat.
Good Luck.
