Default things are heating up

Went and looked around the Anson lease today and moved two stands

Found a two potential hotspots

One is a funnel caused by two fallen trees and is bordered by a creek

The other well the other I have not seen anything like it before, rubs and scaprs everywhere I counted 19 rubs all fresh in a 100 yard area ... found some of the few acorns I have seen dropping as well, full moon this week so will let this cool off for a couple weeks then should be prime

Dang arrow.... Must have forgotten about the invite you mailed to all us NC guys>?Wish our sign was like that. We are getting some action, but nothing like that. Must have several good bucks running around.

Good spot no doubt. A word of caution....have found similar spots in the past were acorns drove the sign (or was essentially the cause of it). If you show up two weeks from now....well you may be a few days too late. Has happened to us 2-3 times over the past several years. Don't know the exact situation you're facing...layout...bedding etc., but if acorns are driving things here - they may be gone pretty quick. Hot today....cold in a week. The cooling off period may be more than you asked for. Good luck.
