Default Pete Rickard's Love Potion No. 9

Anyone used this scent before?

I ran into some of it today while out blowing some money ($400 in 45 minutes, man I hate sporting goods stores sometimes [&:]) and decided to try it out this season.

Just wondering if any of you had heard of/used it with any success before.

Well thats not what I was hoping to hear, but I didn't have any luck with Tink's the last two years.

I picked up the Love Potion and some Trail's End to try out this season.

last year I had a long buck come in and lick it off the tree stunp I placed it on. I used the jell. This year used the lickuid sprayed it into the air and 10 min. laterstuck a doe at 12 yds. Try it what you got to loose? Then again those stupid Pa. deer wil fall for anything. Good luck and be safe!

It's actually made locally here to me and a lot of the locals swear by it. My best buds dad has killed several deer over it.

I thinks scents are 6 to one and half a dozen to another. I've had most scents ive tried work and then again the same scents didn't work somtimes.

I've been using Pete Rickards Indian Buck Lure for 23 years. It always works for me. I do not try to attract bucks with it, I use it to stop them for a good shot. The does do not like it. I put a film cannister with cotton (scent bomb) near the trails that I'm hunting. I place it so that when a buck comes along the, trail the wind will cause him to stop and turn his head away from me. This gives me a good shot opportunity.
Good luck.

I like the Buck bomb, and code blue. This year I decided to try still steamin and I've had some luck with it. Twice it's brought in a small buck (a fork, and small eight point). But I still think Code Blue is better. The Buck bombs are awsome. I've used it three times this year and everytime it's brought in deer.

Talking love potion #9

first time I used it the wind shifted so it was blowing from my back into a bedding area. Bad luck,I thought. I had the aerosol version and sprayed a few pumps into the air so it would carry into the cedars. Within 10 minutes, a buck (now deceased) walked out of the cedars to within 20 Yds of my stand.
