#21
Rob,
It is nice to hear from you again. It seems like it has been ages.
That is a heck of a story and a great pic to boot!...though we need to work on your choice of Camo...<img src=icon_smile_big.gif border=0 align=middle><img src=icon_smile_tongue.gif border=0 align=middle>
I hope the rest of your hunting endeavors this season are as successful.

Hey Rob/Pa Bowyer taking a yote with the bow must be some experience. Man I felt as if I was hunting with you reading your story. Congratulations to you. Got to love PA hunting.

Rob, congrats on the yote. It sounds like you had a great season. Hopefully, one of those bucks you passed this year will be your next mount for your log house next year.

Excellent story. Coyotes are one of the wearist animals to even get into rifle range, but to hear you had one in bow range is something special. Glad to hear you scored him, should be a beautiful mount.

I had a similar experience to yours a couple of years back. I went to draw and the coyote stopped at 20yrds giving me nothing but a neck shot. I took the shot and the coyote ran about 40yards and piled up. That being said I wouldn't pass up a shot on a buck for one of those littel mangy varmints but I was proud to add him to my list of accomplishments. Congradulations!
