Default new plot of land

I just got permission to hunt a nice plot of land(about 100acres) on the 10 and 11 of nov. all i know about this land is that it has a big gulley, lots of oaks, and a huge apple orchard. I don't have any stands to spare so i'm gonna have to hunt from the ground. Any suggestions or tips?

Depending onthe length of the gulley, I would look for the easiest way across it or around it. That is where I would look for sign. Also, if there are white oaks dropping, I would hunt between there and the thickest cover I could find. In my area, white acorns are like candy to whitetails. Good luck!!
