Default Dont Shoot Squirrels

I have found out not to shoot squirrels with fieldpoints....I shot a squirrel with an Easton Epic arrow with QuikSpin vanes and the squirrel crawled up the tree with my arrow in its butt. I mean these arrows cost me $105 for a dozen I really cant afford that especially with the way I miss deer...lol

I don't mean to laugh but I can't get this image out of my head.

This is the first time I've heard such a thing. I've shot a few from my treestand but I've always been fortunate enough where the arrow pins them to the ground.

Yeah, if he's anything like the squirrels I've dealt with that guy will chew your arrow in half before he dies! [:@]

i nailed a groundhog with a field point last season. it pulled my arrow out, bit it in half, and ran off to his hole. that will be the last time i try that move. he could have at least not bitten my arrow in half after pulling it out
