Summary of recent tips I've learned here this week.

Here are some neat tips I've learned that some may have skipped over ..
Inexpensive and very practical
1. Great web site to show when to use certain calls.

Thanks Rob Bowyer
2. Another was to put about 1/4 ounce of Tinks on a rag. Keep it in a zip lock and hang it in a tree on your hunts..put it back in the bag when you come out of the tree and use all season. I like that one. Planto buy some Tinks.
3. Sometimes when squirrels or animals are barking etc...it might mean a hog or deer is on the way.
4. Sometimes you may be put in a position to shoot from sitting. Some on here have taken many deer sitting so it's ok to take that shot.
5. Never shoot a deer walking straight at you.
6. When trailing a deer use some red tape or torn cloth to mark brush or trees to help find the trail if you happen to lose the blood trail..also helps see the direction of the trail.
7. Don't be in a hurry to your stand. ..while in your stand act as if there is a giant buck around at all times..keep movement to an extremem minimum.
8. When you are ready to leave...wait a while longer. Many of these deer have been taken because folks stayed a little longer.
9. It's ok to hang your bow...but have an arrow nocked in it at all times.

10.Wash clothes in baking soda {Known to remove odors if your too poor to buy the hunting detergent}...like me
Thanks fellows. I listen very well to whatyou all have to say.

#4 It is okay to shoot from sitting, this doe was takensitting ona plastic bucketin aground blind this morning. I won't tell you how far the shot was, or the ethics police would come get me.
Slight quartering away, both lungs, she fell within sight and never moved.

Yes sir..this is better than any book you can buy...and all of these tips are coming from folks like me and you but without any sales tactics or hidden motives. Just straight up hunters like you and I.
That's the best advice you can get.
