Default checkin in deer

hey fellas. havent posted in a while just somewhat busy. just had a quick question for ya, do u guys tag and check in every single deer? or only certain ones, etc. Its just a thought that came to my head, jus wandering what the majority does. thanks alot

Yeah, I check in every single deer. Like MO Archer said, it's poaching if you don't. Some people are ok with that, but I'm not.

I don't think I'd want to be caught with a deer that wasn't tagged. Private land deer in Tx don't need to be checked in. However if it was required I would do it. As MO Archer mentioned, not tagging a deer could be construed as poaching. If you don't use the tag on that deer are you planning on using it on another and going over the legal bag limit? Not an accusation mind you just a hypothetical question.

I would go with whatever your state law is. In WV we have to tag and check in all big game.

Why do you even ask? Of course I check in every single deer. Which one would you choose not to check in and why?
