Great post. I really appreciate seeing how its done.
That being said, I'll keep taking mine to the butcher becauseI don't have the right tools and setup at my house. Plus it's just SO convenient to have it all packaged up nice and labeled for you. I usually only get 1 or 2 a year so it's not that much money in the grand scheme of hunting expenses.Nevertheless, greatpost.
