I wouldn't hunt without one. They are great. Makes finding an arrow tons easier, and if it doesn't completely pass through you can see exactly where the deer goes.

Whats a LUMENOK?
If you really don't know, it's a nock for your arrow that lights up once you release an arrow. It's supposed to aid in seeing your arrow through flight and give a hunter abetter idea of where he hits an animal. It is also supposed to stay lit for a long time after the shot, aiding in the finding or recovery process of the arrow/game. They are roughly $10 each or $30 for three. They are discussed on the forums quite often. Many say they love them and many say they have not had much success getting them to work properly.

Like everything else...there is some disagreement in their worth.

I have two and think they are great haven't shot one at any game yet but used them when target shooting and was amazed how bright they were in the middle of the day very easy to see the point of impact

I think they are great too, but I have yet to have a pass through shot w/ one so I can't give a 100% eval on them. They look good while they are leaving my bow

Absolutely! I've used some type of lighted nock fr about 4 years now and won't have a hunting arrow without them. Anyone having fitment issues with them should just read the instructions. All arrows have some variance in them between manufacturers.
