Twin Fawns still Nursing?

i'm sure they would survive,but to be sure pick out the small one without bumps on his head and take it.nice tender meat and easy to drag!!!

I disagree. If you see a button buck fawn, SHOOT THE MOMMA! That buck will stay in that area the rest of his life. If you don't shoot the doe, she'll run him off and he'll live somewhere else.

BTW the doe I shot on Saturday was full of milk as well. I didn't see her fawn until after I shot the doe. I know the fawn will be okay (no spots, pretty big) but I felt kind of bad anyway. The fawn was hanging around the mom after she died. I had to scare it away so I could gut the doe. Kind of sad but that's a fact of life for deer.
