I have the same problem, especially this year because I'm in my 7th month of pregnancy....
We have a lounge stand that it absolutely wonderful, your butt wouldn't go numb if you sat all day... unfortunately I can't climb that stand this year.

I have alwaysgotten "Numb Ass". I believe it was from my API sling style seat. I just bought a Summit Viper and this seat looks real comfortable. I haven't tried it out yet but I can't wait. I hear you though...Always shifting from one cheek to the other, standing and sitting etc. Also I'll probably add a foot rest, it should take some pressure off the butt.
