Yeah, you need to post a lot more details. What's you bow setup? How many pounds do u shoot, etc?
For a brief answer though, you have two choices. Carbon arrows or aluminum. I like carbon better because they are more durable. They won't break as easily as aluminum, and won't bend.

Straight ones with enough offset or helical to steer your broadheads. They should also be spined correctly for your setup. That's as specific as I can be without knowing details of your setup.
