make sure that whatever trail camera you buy has a time display. my wife and daughter bought me one for christmas last year, wildview digital. Great idea having one with a memory card, but I really wish that I could tell what time of day pics where taken.

I just use one that takes film. Got it onsale for $50. It works ok you can set time/date and distance for sensor and time intervals for pics. Most pictures have turned out good while other have not turned at all im not sure if it was a bird or what?the quality of pic is ok but nothing like what you could get with digital
if you have the $$$ get a good digital one...but the cheapos get the job done.... I like the anticipation while waiting to get film developed.
EDIT: ive thought about buying 4 or 5 of these and putting them in different spots which would be cool and only run 250$ I have 112 acres that i hunt i think 5 would cover it well...what do you guys think?

Even though there has been some bad things being said about Non typical and the new cuddeback models I sure like my cuddebacks. I also have a moultrie 200 which is decent for the money.

i think this years cuddebacks are absolutely terrible. i returned my no-flash. i would actually take the bushnell 11920 ($149) more then my cuddeback no-flash ($449).and i'm not in love with the bushnell. that should tell you how much i hated the cuddeback! i'm holding out until next year, i'm not impressed with any digital cams.
