As fas as I know the guy who hit him cut the head off, but I haven't got his name yet. I would just like to see the thing up close so I know for 100%. That is/was a fantastic animal! I would rather have an animal hunted for years and escaping a broad head or a bullet and dying of old age than being hit by a car!
