I got a phone call from from a guy I know and he invited me to his 3,000 acre managed hunting ranch in texas. It is not high fenced but as some amazingly huge monster bucks. He has been feeding protien for years and in 2 weeks from this weekend I may have a good chance of shooting the biggest buck of my life!

Sounds like a great time ahead. Anywhere in the state can produce some sweet bucks if it has been managed for a while, throw in some protien and it will only get better.
