You lucky dog! I so wish I could get that opportunity. I hunt on a 300 acre plot in Cherokee. It's nice but kinda depleted. Best of luck.

The ranch is up north of Witcha Falls, TX by the Red River. I saw some of his trail cam pics and the bucks are enormous. I just got off the phone with the guy b/c we are both pumped about going and love to talk about how we are going to get some trophy buck. It's going to take all of my energy to sit here and wait for two weeks to pass by. Also what I'm pumped up about is sticking a big hog. CAN'T WAIT!!!!!!!!!!

That's is some pretty land up there, not the dust bowl cactus land most people associate with Texas hunting.

You say you are going in2 weeks?I would think they would be in an early pre-rut phase by then.
