Thats the exact reason we have never shot any does with any yearlings. Any doe we shoot has to be alone.

Sounds like we can all relate. I know I've been there many times myself. I have a tendency at least in the early season to look for a doe who is alone. Of course I realize she could still have young ones bedded down somewhere, but they aren't right in your face suckling mom's teats, and licking each others faces. lol

Just to witness the wild animals is sometimes enough. I think it shows that we hunters do have some feelings after all.
