a pro shop would be the best place they should paper tune it for you there and that would be you rbest bet and ask them if you could watch them and if they could explain things to you so you will know how to in the future

go to Eastons website, you can download a tuning guide there. It will explain all sorts of tuning methods for you. If you have any questions after reading it we can try and help you with that.
And having someone else paper tune your bow won't do you a whole lot of good. The point of tuning a bow is to tune it to you, not someone else. If shoot differently than the guy tuning your bow it will not be in tune for you.
However you can't tune any better than you can you shoot. So if you are not that consistant from shot to shot having a better shooter tune it for you might not hurt. Paper tuning is pretty basic anyway.
If you do go that route have them watch you shoot so they can help correct any form errors you may have.
