Yes they are the same company .The Hoyts are sold only in Pro shops and the Reflex are sold through mail order catalogs . They are both good bows .

Reflex is a division of Hoyt....basically so that Hoyt could sell bows by mail order.

The components used on both lines of bows are basically the same...though you won't see some of the "high end" Hoyt options available on the Reflex lineup.

The Reflex Denali is basically a Hoyt Havoc with ZR200 limbs and the Versacam.
