Just got my bow tuned up and ready to go but forgot about getting Limbsavers put on for the first time. I was just wondering if i could buy a pair and beable to put them on myself (solid limbs)

yup they just stick on after you pull the tape off the back.

Yep. Double sided tape. Remove the backing, and stick them about 3" below the cam slot. Just make sure it's low enough it doesn't interfere w/ the cam.
