Default RE: deer meat in the heat

Not sure, and it probaly all depends on how warm. The best thing to do is after getting your animal field dressed and out of the woods, flush it's insides out with cold water and get to a store, gas station or eating establishmentto get ice and pack the inside cavity. If your local processors aren't processing deer yet and the overnight temps are above 45 I would bust the deer down and get the quarters refridgerated or frozen ASAP.
