Here's a buck that I saw while out spotlighting last night. I've been trying to get some video of him for a month now. I was suprised to see that he was still in velvet.

Is that legal in NY.? In Louisiana you can't spotlight with or without a gun. If your seen shining a spotlight at night at an animal just to to watch it you will get a ticket. Nice buck by the way.

Some parts of our state (NC)it is legal. Some parts it's illegal.
